Job Summary:
We're on a mission to find a confident and persistent Appointment Setter to support the growth of our digital marketing services for local businesses. The work centers on outbound cold calling to home service businesses, presenting our SEO solution, and locking in qualified appointments for our team. You'll shine here if you're relaxed on the phone, handle objections easily, and are driven by hitting booking targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dial home service businesses from the lead database we supply
• Line up qualified appointments between prospects and the business owner
• Use the call scripts and objection-handling prompts provided on every call
• Enter call notes, outcomes, and callback times accurately in the lead platform
• Move steadily through assigned call lists while keeping daily call volume on target
• Run high-volume outbound calling through an integrated dialer system
• Report prospect feedback and frequent objections back to the team
• Keep precise records that feed performance tracking and reporting

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in cold calling and outbound appointment setting
• Excellent spoken English with clear, neutral pronunciation and a strong phone presence
• Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally and persistently
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
• Experience with CRMs or lead management platforms
• Experience using a cloud-based dialer system
• Responsible, sharp-eyed, and independent
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow scripts and processes accurately

Preferred Skills:

• Experience calling into the US market, particularly West Coast time zones
• Familiarity with CloudTalk or similar VoIP/dialer software
• Background in selling or setting appointments for digital marketing, SEO, or local business services
• Experience with home services businesses (contractors, trades, local service providers)
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile and local SEO concepts
• Ability to monitor your own performance metrics and self-manage toward targets
