Cold Calling Virtual Assistant

Job Summary: We're glad to be hiring a persuasive, detail-oriented Outbound Sales Representative to bring in new business by contacting prospective clients in the med spa and high-ticket aesthetics and wellness space across Southern California. You'll vet leads, stay in touch with prospects across multiple channels, and lead live product demos that turn conversations into signed clients. The role suits someone who is persistent by nature, confident on the phone, and good at earning trust fast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective business clients in the med spa and aesthetics industry
• Nurture leads across multiple channels - phone, email, text, and direct message - so engagement stays consistent
• Vet leads against defined criteria, favoring genuine fit over sheer dialing volume
• Lead live product demos with a prepared slide deck, adjusting your delivery so it sounds natural and personable instead of scripted
• Capture all lead activity, notes, and next steps accurately in the CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Hold a steady, professional outreach cadence without seeming pushy or robotic
• Earn prospects' trust and move them confidently through the sales pipeline
• Measure outreach activity, response rates, and outcomes to keep the pipeline visible

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong spoken English with an assured, natural phone presence
• Solid track record in US-based B2B outbound sales or appointment setting
• Direct experience with cold calling and multi-channel follow-up (phone, email, text, DM)
• Capable at lead qualification, not only high-volume dialing
• Experience working in a CRM system
• Confident presenting or demoing to prospects
• Conscientious, thorough, and able to self-manage
• Effective communication skills with a persistent, professional follow-up style

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience selling into the med spa, aesthetics, or wellness industry
• Direct experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Exposure to high-ticket service sales
• Ability to turn scripted or prepared materials into relaxed, conversational delivery
• Experience running outbound campaigns on several channels at once
