We are looking for commercially focused leaders to join our Cold Chain Talent Pool.

We are looking for dynamic talent with:

• Proven Seniority: 10–15+ years of senior commercial or general management experience, with at least 5 years operating at a global or multi-market level.
• FMCG Cold-Chain Fluency: Direct experience in cold chain
• Build-to-Scale Capability: A track record of starting up new business units from low maturity
• Commercial Stewardship: Experience managing USD P&Ls
