1st Shift: 7am-5pm Monday-Friday - 50 hours weekly

2nd Shift: 4pm-2am Monday-Thursday, 2pm-midnight Fridays - 50 hours weekly

What You’ll Do

• Adjust machine components to control speed, pressure, temperature, dimensions, and material flow.
• Inspect and measure parts using calipers, micrometers, length gauges, and other precision tools to ensure quality.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Uphold EPS’s high quality standards with consistency and pride.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and setting up multi‑die cold heading machines.
• Experience with one or more of the following machines required: National, Nakashimada, Carlo Salvi, Waterbury or Hyodong machines preferred.
• A proactive, curious, and self‑driven mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and solid communication skills.
• Ability to use basic measurement tools - micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• A team‑oriented approach and willingness to collaborate.
