Cold Kitchen Chef

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Cold Kitchen Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting a variety of cold dishes, including salads, dressings, sauces, sandwiches, cold appetizers, and other cold kitchen items. The candidate must maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and food safety while ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cold Kitchen Chef or in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of salad preparation, cold appetizers, dressings, sauces, and food presentation.
• Ability to maintain consistent food quality and presentation standards.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation practices.
• Ability to manage ingredients, control food wastage, and maintain proper storage.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Good teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, or buffet operations will be preferred.
