Cold kitchen staff

Responsibilities:

• Prepare salads, sandwiches, cold starters, sauces, dressings and other cold kitchen items.
• Assist in food preparation, cutting, chopping and portioning.
• Maintain proper food quality, taste and presentation.
• Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work area.
• Store and handle food items properly.
• Assist the kitchen team during events and catering operations.
• Ensure timely preparation and service of food.

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience in Cold Kitchen / Catering / Hotel industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety practices.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and event timings.
• Freshers with basic kitchen knowledge can also apply.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
