What they need
We are looking for a skilled Cold Pastry Commis (Baker) to join our team immediately.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in cold pastry preparation
- Must know how to prepare Bred, biscuits, cookies, croissants, petit fours, and fatayer
- Experience in cold sweets, and presentation
- Currently based in Qatar
- Must have a valid QID and Food Handling Certificate (FHC)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality cold desserts and pastries
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Follow recipes and production schedules
- Support the pastry team in daily operations
Pay: QAR2,800.00 - QAR3,200.00 per month
Work Location: In person
