This is a ground-up role. You will be on-site, not in an office. When a cold room order comes in, you own everything that happens from that moment until the unit is commissioned, tested, handed over to the client, and signed off. You coordinate the civil contractors, the electrical team, the refrigeration vendors, and the equipment delivery, and you are the face of Crystal to the client on the ground. you'report back daily to project management so leadership always knows exactly where each site stands. Key Responsibilities:

• Review order, drawings, BOQ, and site layout before mobilisation.
• Coordinate civil works (foundation, flooring, drainage, structure) ensuring quality and timelines.
• Manage electrical works including power supply, wiring, DB, and earthing checks.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and installation with refrigeration vendors.
• Supervise insulation panel installation ensuring proper joints and sealing.
• Act as on-site POC, providing updates and resolving client queries.
• Conduct daily site inspections for quality, materials, and safety compliance.
• Prepare and share daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Identify and close snag items before final client walkthrough.
• Complete commissioning documents and final handover records.
• Train client teams on basic operations and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate material and spare requirements with procurement.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Refrigeration Air Conditioning, or Electrical Engineering
• 2-6 years of on-site experience in cold room installation, commissioning, or HVAC projects

Experience Requirements:

• Hands-on knowledge of refrigeration equipment and insulated panels.
• Ability to manage civil and electrical contractors on site.
• Proficient in reading AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and schematics.
• Willing to travel and stay on project sites across India.
