WE'RE HIRING | Cold Sales Agent

Are you a natural on the phone who turns a "no" into a "tell me more"?

At Northbound Operating Partners, we're looking for a confident Cold Sales Agent to join our call center team and help us grow new business through outbound cold calling.

What you'll own:

• Outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate new business
• Persuasive presentation of our products/services, highlighting benefits and value
• Professional objection handling — turning hesitation into interest
• Following call scripts and protocols set by the Team Leader
• Accurate logging and documentation of every call in the CRM/dialer
• Escalating complex issues to the Team Leader when needed
• Collaborating with the team to hit sales targets

You'll work under the direct supervision of a Team Leader, following established scripts as you ramp up.

Remote | Nicaragua & Venezuela
5 working days, 2 rotating days off | Shift between 9:00 AM – 9/10:00 PM EST
English B2+ | Spanish C1 or Native

We're especially interested in candidates with 1-2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or call center roles, with a confident, persuasive communication style and strong resilience.
