Cold Storage Supervisor

About the role

Cold Storage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily storage operations, inventory control, and frozen storage activities to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures. The role supervises warehouse personnel, coordinates frozen movements, maintains inventory records, and supports the safe and effective management of warehouse resources while meeting operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and cold storage activities
• Supervise warehouse personnel
• Coordinate frozen movements
• Maintain inventory records
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with established procedures
• Ensure proper maintenance of warehouse equipment, providing both preventive maintenance programs and all necessary repairs
• Support safe and effective management of storage resources
• Willing to work in Fishport, Navotas City

About you

• Graduate of Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or any related field
• At least two (2) years solid experience on the job as a Warehouse Operations Supervisor
• Willing to work in Night shifting
• Knowledge of inventory control, stock monitoring, and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with inventory management methods such as FIFO and FEFO
• Ability to supervise personnel and coordinate daily operational activities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report preparation
• Knowledge of material handling equipment and warehouse logistics coordination
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational procedures

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
