PROJECT-BASED SKILLED EMPLOYEE – COLD WAREHOUSE INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Project-Based Skilled Employee – Cold Warehouse Inventory Management who will assist in the accurate monitoring, organization, and control of inventory inside the cold warehouse. The role will focus on inventory accuracy, proper storage, documentation, and coordination with warehouse and related departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records of products and materials stored in the cold warehouse.
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper identification, labeling, and arrangement of stocks.
• Monitor stock movement, including receiving, issuing, transferring, and dispatching of items.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports, records, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, QA/QC, and other concerned departments regarding inventory concerns.
• Assist in investigating inventory variances and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure proper adherence to cold warehouse storage procedures, FIFO/FEFO, and company policies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper handling of inventory within the assigned area.
• Perform other warehouse and inventory-related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage.
• With experience in warehouse, inventory management, stock monitoring, or materials handling.
• Experience working in a cold storage/cold warehouse is an advantage.
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, inventory counting, and stock reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or other inventory systems.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Able to work in a cold warehouse environment.
• Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on warehouse activities.
• Willing to work on a project-based employment arrangement.
• Willing to work in Cavite.
