We are seeking a highly organized, relationship-driven Collaborations Manager (Key Opinion Leader manager) to oversee partnership collaborations, ambassador recruitment, and campaign execution. This role requires strong communication skills, project management ability, and attention to detail. You will act as the primary point of contact for all local, US-based brand ambassadors as well as stakeholders in any scheduled collaboration while coordinating with internal marketing and social media teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly from outreach to post-event follow-up.

Key responsibilities

Ambassador (KOL) Recruitment & Management

• Identify potential Ambassadors located in targeted US counties
• Initiate outreach and respond to ambassador inquiries through Instagram and/or email
• Conduct ambassador discovery calls and onboarding
• Share ambassador guidelines and review applicant metrics to determine compensation
• Maintain organized ambassador records and market assignments in Zoho and Excel
• Coordinate ambassador communications and event reminders

Collaboration Coordination & Management

• Ownership of collaboration production from receipt of sale (from another team member) through to final execution
• Send and review collaboration intake forms for completion and accuracy
• Confirm ambassador availability for scheduled collaborations
• Complete and send Collaboration Agreements to Ambassadors, and separately to the Pro stakeholder
• Coordinate campaign timelines with Social Media and Email Marketing teams
• Monitor campaign posts and ensure ambassadors share promotional content
• Create and organize collaboration folders in Google Drive for internal team access
• Follow up after events to collect feedback, photos/videos, and confirm content delivery

Additional Responsibilities

• Coordinate ambassador compensation and recognition after successful collaborations
• Review and improve collaboration documentation and ambassador guidelines regularly

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with influencer marketing, partnerships, collaborations, or community management preferred
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
• Comfortable using CRM systems such as Zoho
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Forms, Drive, Sheets)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Canva
• Experience coordinating social media campaigns is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment

REQUIRED:

• Must have a fast internet connection to support video calls.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must have availability within the hours of 8am to 4pm US Eastern Time.
• Proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Virtual Assistant, Influencer Manager, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Expectation: 20 hrs/wk to start, expectation to increase to 35–40 hrs/wk within a month.

Pay: Php24,000.00 per month
