Headline:
Seeking Collaborative Partner: Registered Architect or VBA Practitioner (Melbourne)

We are looking to connect with an emerging
VBA Registered Building Practitioner
or
Registered Architect
in Melbourne for a flexible, project-based partnership.
To be clear: this is not a full-time employment role.
We want to build an ongoing, mutually beneficial relationship where our studio handles the initial design concepts, and we partner with you to oversee compliance, manage documentation, and sign off for building permits.
This is a unique opportunity for an architecturally trained, hungry, and unpretentious professional who is technically strong and wants to scale their involvement as our pipeline grows.
What we are looking for in a partner:

Technical Excellence:
Strong on documentation with a deep understanding of residential construction, detailing, and working with builders/trades, planners and council.

Design Sensibility:
Ability to interpret and develop our existing design direction without needing to own the creative process.

Agility:
Happy to get stuck into smaller jobs today, with the ambition and capacity to take on bigger, more substantial design work over time.

Professionalism:
Highly reliable, organized, responsive, and solutions-focused. Confident in AutoCAD, SketchUp and other 3D software.

If you run your own emerging practice or freelance consultancy and have the capacity to take on project-based work, we would love to build a long-term alliance with you.
Let's connect!
Send me a DM or drop a comment below, and let's set up a time to chat over coffee or Zoom.
