Collaborative Physician

Job Overview
Our practice is located in Pennsylvania. We are a team of 3 psychiatric nurse practioners and are required to have legal oversight from a collaborative physician that is licensed in PA. We have a combined total of 29 years of NP experience and prioritize patient-centered care. We are currently outpatient and plan to expand to IOP treatment centers this year. We would ask for remote monthly meeting to discuss atypical cases. We are hopeful that you will serve as a mentor and offer clinical guidance when needed.

Duties

• Participate actively in monthly team meetings to coordinate patient care strategies and optimize treatment outcomes
• Provide expert consultation on complex cases
• Appreciate reasonable accessibility by phone, e-mail, or tele-health as agreed upon by both parties
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations including HIPAA standards for patient privacy and safety protocols
• Promote a culture of continuous learning by staying current with medical advancements and integrating new knowledge into clinical workflows
• Proven experience working as a psychiatrist in inpatient or outpatient settings with a strong emphasis on team-based care models
• Signed agreement for Prescriptive Authority through the Pennsylvania Licensing System (PALS)

Pay: $900.00 - $1,100.00 per month
