Job Title : Collateral Management

Experience : 6 to 8 Years

Location : MumbaiRoles & Responsibilities

• Manage daily margin calls for OTC, Repo, PB and MSFTA, including Variation Margin and Initial Margin.
• Ensure timely process delivery and adherence to KPI, KRI and supervisory controls.
• Handle process and technical escalations.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain and regularly review process documentation.
• Review daily, weekly and monthly MIS and operational reports.
• Ensure adequate cross-training and backup coverage within the team.
• Support change management and system enhancement projects.

Requisites

• Strong knowledge of Collateral Management and Margin Management.
• Hands-on experience with OTC Derivatives, Repo, PB and MSFTA.
• Good understanding of Variation Margin (VM) and Initial Margin (IM).
• Experience in margin call processing, reconciliation and exception management.
• Knowledge of KPI/KRI, operational controls and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management and escalation-handling skills.
• Experience in MIS reporting and process documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
