Job Summary

We are looking for a Pre-Collection Executive to contact customers before their loan payment due date. The candidate will be responsible for payment reminders, customer follow-ups, and ensuring timely repayments.

Key Responsibilities

• Call customers before their payment due date.
• Provide timely payment reminders and repayment details.
• Follow up with customers regarding upcoming payments.
• Understand and address basic customer queries related to repayment.
• Maintain proper records of customer calls and payment commitments.
• Follow up with customers who have committed to making payments.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling/follow-up targets.
• Coordinate with the collection team regarding payment status.
• Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic Hindi and English communication.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in telecalling, pre-collection, collection, banking, or financial services will be an advantage.
