* Customers ko outstanding/due loan payment ke liye call karna.
* Micro-loan customers se timely repayment follow-up karna.
* Customers ko due date, outstanding amount aur repayment process ke baare mein inform karna.
* Payment commitments ko CRM/system mein update karna.
* Pending payments ka regular follow-up karna.
* Customer queries ko professionally handle karna.
* Daily collection/follow-up targets achieve karne ke liye kaam karna.
Preferred candidate profile
* Fresher aur experienced candidates dono apply kar sakte hain.
* Good communication skills.
* Hindi communication required; Good English preferred.
* Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
* Customer handling aur calling mein comfortable hona chahiye.
