Collection Agent

Partners In Credit Inc is seeking full-time collection specialists who can work in office for our Thornhill Office.

Experience not required

Job Description

• Contact clients via phone and email to collect outstanding payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlement agreements with debtors.
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities using accounting software.
• Analyze account histories to identify delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve disputes and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies during collection processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or collections.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with accounting software and data entry.
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of financial regulations related to debt collection is an asset

Requirements:

• This is an in-office position.
• Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00 p.m.
• One Late Night from 6:00 p.m.– 8:00 p.m
• One Mandatory Saturday per Month
• Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
