Collection Agent

NV Group is looking for a goal driven individual to fill in the role of a Collection Agent. This role entails a pure onsite work from Monday to Friday.

Job Role:

The Collection Agent will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts by contacting customers thru Outbound, Inbound and Dialler calls, negotiating payments and plans and ensuring timely payments while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect overdue accounts in line with approved processes and scripts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and follow up on broken promises to pay.
• Update customer accounts accurately in the system with call outcomes and commitments.
• Achieve daily call targets, productivity standards, and collection goals.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers/debtors.
• Handle objections and difficult conversations while maintaining compliance and professionalism.

Job Qualifications:

• At least one (1) year experience in a call center, customer service, sales, telemarketing, or collections environment (collections experience is an advantage)
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM or collections systems
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism
• Willingness to learn, follow processes, and work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and resilience when handling challenging calls
