Collection Agent

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to meet business objectives.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Conduct field visits to collect payments and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in collections or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
