Your day-to-day role

As a Collection Agent, you will help people find solutions suited to their financial circumstances. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with debtors and understanding their situations.

• Negotiating realistic and effective repayment arrangements.

• Analyzing different situations to recommend appropriate solutions.

• Maintaining thorough and accurate follow-up on accounts.

• Contributing to the team’s goals through your professionalism and commitment.

Employment conditions:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

• Base wage of $18.00/hour plus performance-based commissions (average earnings of $24.00/hour)

• Top performance can lead to earnings of up to $55.00/hour or even more!
