Flexible Scheduling: 8:00am-8:00pm Monday-Thursday | 8:00am-5:00pm Friday

Paid holidays | Weekends not required

Job Summary:

· Manage outbound and inbound calls to collect on delinquent payments

· Help consumers by communicating in a friendly manner and setting up payments

· Use problem-solving skills to assist consumers

· Ensure compliance of both company and client policies

· Gather data and document proper systems

Requirements:

Must live in Minnesota and be able to commute to our corporate office in Coon Rapids

· High School diploma or equivalent

· Friendly phone and communication skills

· Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiating skills

· General PC knowledge

· Positive Attitude

· Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test

Compensation Package Includes:

· Hourly wage: $17.00/hour + Commission + $2000 Sign-on Bonus
