Collection Analyst

Responsibilities: Manage and collect outstanding customer debts through phone, chat and other channels. Review customer accounts and invoices and reconcile payments using SAP. Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies. Manage relationships with key customer accounts. Record and update customer information and activities in Salesforce. Follow up on unresolved issues and prepare regular collection reports. Requirements: 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Collections or a similar environment. Fluent English and another European language. Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills. Experience with SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Office is a plus Offer Salary: 30.000 euros gross per year 6 month temporary contract Hybrid working model Convenient location Working hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
