About the Role:

We are looking for result-driven professionals to join our Global Recovery & Collections team. In this role, you will communicate with international customers regarding outstanding balances while delivering professional and customer-focused resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage collection calls with international customers professionally.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and assist customers with repayment options.
• Ensure compliance with collection procedures and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and commitments.
• Achieve monthly productivity and collection goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and account resolutions.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate and Graduate candidates are eligible.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections process required.
• Strong communication and convincing skills in English.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts supporting 24/7 operations.
• Immediate joiners only.
