Collection Analysts

Credit and Collection Analyst at Airspeed evaluates client credit risk, monitors accounts receivable, follows up on overdue invoices, and reconciles billing discrepancies. The role ensures timely cash flow while maintaining strict compliance with corporate credit and collection policies.

Core Responsibilities

• Credit Assessment: Review financial history, credit applications, and statements to determine the creditworthiness of new and existing clients.
• Collection Management: Conduct regular follow-ups, phone calls, and email outreach for past-due accounts and outstanding balances.
• Account Reconciliation: Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment deductions, and customer disputes.
• Reporting & Aging Analysis: Prepare and analyze Accounts Receivable (AR) aging reports to track collection performance and flag high-risk accounts.
• System Documentation: Log daily collection activities, payment promises, and client communications in enterprise resource planning (ERP) or internal tracking systems.
