Follow up outstanding accounts from local customers
Coordinate and follow up collections for indent sales through the assigned sales staff
Provide administrative and accounting support
File and organize documents related to the Administrative and Accounting Department
Monitor Third-Party Collectors and their collection activities
Assist the Credit and Collection Team in collection and delivery-related activities
Monitor Accounts Receivable-related documents and attach supporting documents in the SAP System
Coordinate with clients regarding billing concerns, payment follow-ups, and collection schedules
