What they need
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers on overdue payments.
- Monitor and maintain customer accounts.
- Process and record payments accurately.
- Resolve billing and payment discrepancies.
- Negotiate payment arrangements when needed.
- Maintain accurate collection records and reports.
- Provide professional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company collection policies.
Qualifications:
- College Graduate (Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field)
- At least 1 year experience in collections, credit, lending, or customer service
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic data entry
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and team-oriented
- Willing to work onsite, Monday to Friday
