- Achieve Regional collection targets for allotted buckets 0 to N.
- Improve recovery rates on delinquent accounts
- Minimize net credit loss on write-off
- Regular portfolio analysis to identify early warning signals
- Monitor & control NPA levels in assigned region
- Monitor Field force productivity & compliance, set & track performance of the team
- Ensure all recovery practices comply with guideline
- Regular field visits to monitor team activities & resolve high value delinquent accounts
- Follow & Maintain COC within the team
- Coordination with Sales & Legal team Fos maintaining business portfolio
- Monitoring Mal practices with the team also to eradicate it
MIS & Field practice to be sent to the management
