Eligibility
SSC / HSC / Graduate
*Minimum 1 year of International BPO experience is mandatory*
Excellent English communication skills
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
Job Role:
* Handle soft collections for leading gyms, health and fitness chains.
* Interact with international customers regarding pending payments.
* Assist customers with payment-related queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
* Maintain professional communication while ensuring a positive customer experience.
* Achieve assigned productivity, quality and collection targets.
Salary & Incentives
* Salary: Up to 38,000 in hand, depending on last drawn salary
* Lucrative incentives: Up to 20,000 based on performance
