Collection Associate

Qualification:

• At least 1 year experience in Tele-Collections, Tele-Marketing, or Customer Service.
• Fresh Graduate under Financial management and Accounting or any related course are welcome to Apply
• Knowledge of payment collection processes and technical concepts, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies, systems, and process improvements.
• Computer literate, with good communication and negotiation skills.
• Must attain at least college level.
• Internship in Banks Experience are Accepted

Brief Job Description

• Conducts payment reminders and collections for early-stage accounts.
• Computes and updates applicable penalties.
• Documents customer feedback and collection status in the system.
• Assists customers with payment methods and available payment channels.
