Job Summary

We are looking for Telecallers to join our banking process. The role involves communicating with customers over the phone, informing them regarding the renewals and reminding the about their renewal dates.

Freshers with good communication skills in Hindi and Marathi are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to bank customers as per the assigned process.
• Remind customers about their renewal due dates.
• Provide customers with relevant renewal-related information as per the process.
• Respond to basic customer queries and assist them with the required information.
• Follow up with customers wherever required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
• Follow the prescribed banking process and communication guidelines.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and professional communication at all times.

Eligibility

• HSC / 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Freshers are welcome to apply as well as candidates holding DRA Certificate
• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and Marathi.
• Basic understanding of English.
• Basic computer knowledge with good typing skills.
• Good listening and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a structured banking process.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹10,000 - 20,000 per month.
• Medical Insurance.
• Training and process guidance will be provided.
