Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a responsible and target-oriented Collection Coordinator to manage payment follow-ups, coordinate with clients, and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues.
• Maintain accurate collection records and prepare daily reports.
• Monitor pending payments and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned collection targets and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, payment follow-ups, or recovery coordination.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and meet collection targets.
• Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach.
