Collection Coordinator:
- Monitoring kelancaran pembayaran konsumen
- Melakukan kunjungan ke konsumen yang terlambat membayar angsuran
- Menggali permasalahan yang dihadapi konsumen dengan pendekatan personal
- Melakukan negosiasi terkait pembayaran angsuran
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal D3
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Head/Coordinator di bidang Collection
- Memiliki motor pribadi dan SIM C
- Menyukai pekerjaan lapangan & bersedia bekerja dengan target
- Energik, jujur, disiplin, & bertanggungjawab
- Penempatan Tersedia: Samarinda, Tarakan, Balikpapan, Bontang
