WE’RE HIRING! WE’RE LOOKING FOR A " Collection Data Analyst " TO JOIN US ON THIS JOURNEY OF GROWTH

Responsibilities:

• Analyze collection performance and identify key drivers impacting recovery results.
• Develop data-driven strategies to improve collection effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Manage and enhance the Collection Data Warehouse and historical data repository.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools for management.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Preparing Collection Performance Reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or related areas.
• Experience in Collection, Banking, Consumer Finance, or Financial Services is a plus.
• Strong proficiency  in Tableau, Big4 , SAS , Access, SQL and Excel advance .
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
