Collection Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage debt collection processes for NBFCs, including loan collections, payment collection, and recovery.
• Identify and resolve issues related to non-performing assets (NPAs) and develop strategies for improving asset quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries and complaints.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.

Job Requirements :

• 3 Month to 1 year of experience in credit collection or a related field.
• Strong understanding of debt recovery, DRA regulations, and NPA management principles.
• Proficiency in managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
