Collection Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage customer interactions to resolve queries and concerns related to loan collections.
• Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior team members or supervisors for resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the organization.

Job Requirements :

• 0-4 years of experience in a similar role (collections/loan sales).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of financial products such as loans.
