Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit customers at their residential or business locations for loan repayment collections.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue and pending loan payments.
• Collect outstanding amounts as per company policies and collection procedures.
• Handle assigned geographical areas and conduct regular customer visits.
• Achieve assigned monthly collection targets and maintain collection efficiency.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding dues, repayment schedules, and payment requirements.
• Maintain proper records of customer visits, payment collections, and follow-ups.
• Update daily collection status and submit reports to the reporting manager.
• Identify overdue accounts and take appropriate follow-up actions for timely recovery.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers while handling collection activities.
• Coordinate with the branch team regarding pending cases and collection status.
• Ensure all collection activities are carried out according to company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility & Requirements

• DRA Certificate is mandatory.
• Candidates with experience in field collections, loan collections, recovery, or NBFC collections are preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable with field work and customer visits.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to achieve collection targets.
• Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence may be preferred depending on the location.
