Collection Executive

We are looking for a Female Collection Executive with good English communication skills to handle customer follow-ups and payment collection activities. This is a non-target-based role, focused on professional communication, regular follow-ups, and maintaining accurate payment records.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
• Communicate with customers professionally through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain regular records of payment follow-ups and collection status.
• Coordinate with the accounts and sales teams regarding outstanding payments.
• Resolve basic customer queries related to invoices and payments.
• Send payment reminders and statements to customers when required.
• Maintain proper documentation of collection activities.
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding accounts.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
