Job Summary

Acuerdo India Private Limited is hiring Collection Executives for our Gurugram office. Freshers are welcome to apply. The role involves customer calling, payment follow-ups, collection activities, and achieving monthly collection targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for payment follow-ups.
• Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.
• Handle collection and recovery-related calls professionally.
• Communicate with customers and resolve basic payment-related queries.
• Maintain customer details and call records in CRM.
• Follow up regularly with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
• Maintain proper records and reports of collection activities.

Requirements

• Good Hindi communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Comfortable working with collection and performance targets.
• Freshers can apply.
• Candidates with experience in collection, recovery, telecalling, BPO, telesales, or customer service are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: As per interview and candidate profile
Incentives: Performance-based incentives available, up to ₹1,00,000*

Subject to applicable targets and company policy.
