Collection Executive

Job Title: Collection Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Description:

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
• Handle payment reminders and collection activities.
• Maintain payment records and update collection reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams.
• Resolve payment-related queries and ensure timely collections.

Requirements:

• Experience in collections, payment follow-ups, or accounts receivables.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to handle customer follow-ups professionally.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
