Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct field visits to customers for recovery of overdue loan payments.
• Follow up with delinquent customers and ensure timely collections.
• Maintain regular customer communication and resolve payment-related queries.
• Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payment commitments, and collection status.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, collection processes, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams for collection-related issues and escalations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Certification: DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certification is mandatory.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in field collections, preferably in banking, NBFCs, or financial services.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
• Knowledge of local geography and customer handling is preferred.
