Collection Executive

• On-Field Loan Recovery: Conduct daily field visits to follow up with borrowers, self-help groups, or micro-businesses to recover due and overdue loan repayments.
• Customer Dispute Resolution: Address borrower queries or complaints regarding repayment structures, clarify the implications of delayed payments, and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Repayment Plan Negotiation: Assess borrowers experiencing financial strain and suggest appropriate repayment or settlement structures aligned with company credit rules.
• Data Verification: Verify borrower details, track commitment timelines, and update the internal CRM or collection database with real-time field information.
• Reporting & Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the branch management, credit control, and loan processing teams. Draft daily, weekly, and monthly collection and field-visit reports for upper management.
• Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) microfinance guidelines, Fair Practices Code, and internal ethical conduct rules—ensuring zero harassment or coercive collection methods.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
