Job Responsibilities

• Contact customers through calls and other approved communication channels regarding pending loan payments.
• Follow up with customers for timely repayment and overdue collections.
• Explain outstanding amounts, payment due dates, and available repayment options to customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with assigned customers and ensure collection targets are achieved.
• Handle customer queries and payment-related concerns professionally.
• Update collection status, customer responses, payment commitments, and follow-up details in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate records of daily collection activities and customer interactions.
• Follow up on PTP (Promise to Pay) commitments and ensure payments are received as committed.
• Coordinate with the Collection Manager/Team Leader regarding difficult or high-risk cases.
• Identify cases requiring escalation and report them to the concerned senior.
• Ensure all collection activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

Required Skills

• Ability to handle customers professionally.
• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets.
• Good Hindi communication skills; basic English communication will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in loan collection, tele-calling, recovery, fintech, NBFC, or financial services will be preferred.
