Collection Executive Telecalling

Manba Finance Ltd. is looking for Collection Executives to join our team.

Key Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Collection / Telecalling
• Experience in loan/finance collections will be an advantage
• Freshers can also apply
• DRA certification preferred
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Target-oriented with a positive and professional approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Make collection and payment follow-up calls to customers
• Follow up with customers for timely payment of outstanding dues
• Handle customer queries related to pending payments
• Maintain proper call records and follow-up details
• Achieve assigned collection and productivity targets
