Job Description

Abhicash Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Collection Head to lead its end-to-end collection operations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in fintech/digital lending collections, particularly in Payday Loan / Bullet Loan collections, with a proven track record of improving recovery rates, controlling delinquency, and managing collection teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end collection operations across assigned loan portfolios.
• Develop collection strategies to improve recovery rates and reduce overdue accounts.
• Manage early-bucket, late-bucket, and overdue collections.
• Monitor DPD, PAR/NPA, roll rates, collection efficiency, and portfolio performance.
• Set collection targets and ensure achievement through effective team management.
• Lead and mentor collection managers, team leaders, and tele-calling teams.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly collection MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Operations, Customer Service, and Legal teams.
• Manage external collection agencies and vendors, wherever applicable.
• Handle escalated delinquent accounts and implement recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical collection practices.
• Drive process improvements and collection automation initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Finance or Operations will be an advantage.
• Minimum 6+ years of overall experience in Credit & Collections.
• Strong experience in Fintech / Digital Lending Collections.
• Minimum 3 years of recent, hands-on experience in Payday Loan / Bullet Loan collections is mandatory.
• Proven experience in managing collection teams and multiple collection channels.
• Good understanding of DPD, PAR/NPA, roll rates, recovery rates, and delinquency management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS, and collection dashboards.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from NBFCs, fintech companies, digital lending businesses, consumer finance, personal loans, payday loans, or bullet loan segments with strong collection leadership experience are preferred.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
