What they need
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
· รวบรวมกระบวนการทำงานของหน่วยงาน Retail Collection หาแนวทางปรับปรุงการทำงานที่ซับซ้อนเพื่อลดขั้นตอนการทำงาน
· สนับสนุนงานด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล การจัดทำรายงานของหน่วยงาน
· สนับสนุนงาน Project ต่าง ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
· ประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และหน่วยงาน IT
· พัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินงาน เพื่อชดเชยการพัฒนาระบบงานของหน่วยงาน IT (Interim Solution) โดยเขียนโปรแกรม Access, Excel หรืออื่น ๆ
คุณสมบัติ
· ชอบงานตรวจสอบ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
· มีความละเอียดรอบรอบ ความคิดสร้างสรรค์ ช่างสังเกต
· มีทักษะในการติดต่อสื่อสาร ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง และสื่อสารข้อมูลกับหน่วยงาน IT
· มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม MS access, Advance Excel
