Collection Manager

Position Name: Collection Manager or Senior Manager

Work Mode: On-site 100% at the office
Working Days: Mon – Fri ; 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Work Location: Bhiraj Tower at EmQuartier, North Klongton

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the overall Collection Department operations.
• Set and monitor collection targets to achieve business objectives.
• Manage tele collection, field collection, and outsourced collection agencies.
• Drive collection strategies, debt restructuring, and portfolio performance.
• Develop team capabilities through coaching, performance management, and talent development.
• Manage manpower planning, recruitment, and employee performance.
• Establish and improve collection policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare management reports and analyze collection performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties and special projects assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Law, or related fields.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in debt collection, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership, people management, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Proven experience in tele collection, field collection, debt restructuring, and outsourced agency management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of debt collection regulations, compliance requirements, and operational risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, prepare reports, and coordinate with regional or international stakeholders.
