Collection Manager

Position Overview:
The Collection Manager is responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies and policies.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Analyze collection data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Resolve escalated disputes and negotiate repayment plans with customers.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal departments to address complex cases.
• Prepare regular reports on collection status and team performance for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• B.Com or any other Bachelor’s Degree of a related field.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with ERP software and Microsoft Office tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
