Work: collections MIS, ROR/NPA/NCL/ECL, vendor scorecards, payout and incentive files
- Own end-to-end Collections MIS: Tableau Excel, SQL/Python automation
- Portfolio metrics: DPD buckets, Resolution , Rollback , Normalisation, NPA, GCL, NCL, ECL , ROR -
- Vendor MIS, scorecards, payout files and incentive data outputs
- Dashboards and review packs for the Collection Business
