What they need
The Money Collection Officer is responsible for recovering unpaid debts, managing overdue accounts, and securing payments from clients or customers. The core goal of this role is to reduce outstanding accounts receivable while maintaining positive, professional relationships with customers and adhering to all legal financial guidelines.
Account Management & Outreach
- Review outstanding balances and identify accounts that are overdue.
- Contact debtors via phone, email, or letter to request payment or negotiate payment plans.
- Locate and contact debtors using tracking tools or databases (skip tracing) if their contact details are out of date.
Negotiation & Problem Solving
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or custom payment plans based on the customer's financial situation.
Skills
- The candidate should be fluent in English and Arabic
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR8,374.10 per month
